Strange to find a kettle without mugs and no complimentary drinks!!! The bathroom needs attention as missing handles disrupt the experience!!! The noise from the pool area can be quite intrusive at times!!!

The food was actually pretty good for dinner. they had some great pizza and would cook meat for you while you waited.

The resort is quite far from everything. you need a decent hike (Uber) to reach other places.

A magical sunset surprise

Each evening ended with breathtaking sunsets from my room. The staff were extremely friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. The buffet meals were diverse and delicious!

However, the lighting in the hallways could be improved. It felt dim and could be hard to navigate at night.

I had a wonderful stay and found the beautiful Parque Nacional do Iguacu just over 3 km away, which was perfect for a weekend stroll. The stunning views at Garganta do Diabo were a must-see just under 5 km away. I also appreciated the spacious and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel, ideal for families and groups.

The lush gardens and well-maintained paths made it easy for me to stroll around and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The spacious lobby was inviting, and the staff was always ready to assist with any needs I had.

Better signage for walking paths would help seniors.

Spacious rooms offer plenty of room to move around, although some maintenance is due for items like the toilet door and a rusty mirror. The main dining options serve good breakfast and a variety of lunch and dinner menus, with a noteworthy poolside bar for casual bites.

The pool's water isn't heated, resulting in a chilly experience after a long day at the falls, falling short of expectations for relaxation. Housekeeping could improve as well—certain areas seemed less clean than ideal. While the atmosphere is pleasant, the property exhibits signs of wear that detract from the overall experience.

This place suits me perfectly! With great amenities like an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, and children's play area. The staff was amazing, helping with local delivery recommendations during my first stay. I highly recommend it and will be back next year!

Just a balanced option for a brief pause in Foz do Iguacu with exceptional value. The pool was lovely, but loungers were often reserved. Be prepared to use taxis for getting to shops or attractions.
